Homestead Exemption Application

The eFile online Homestead Exemption application is currently available for homeowners
who owned and began living in their home on or before January 1, 2026. Qualifying exemptions will
apply to the property taxes that are based on the value of your home as of January 1, 2026.

The notice of proposed taxes, known as the TRIM notice, will be mailed mid August of each year.
The official deadline to submit your application and have it apply to this fall's tax bill was March 1, 2025.

eFile is now closed for tax year 2025.
